Mississauga artist Lydia Panart will join several members of the local Prisma art group when they exhibit their work next month in The Netherlands. Panart will have 10 of her striking abstract acrylic paintings on display at the Vischport and Castle de Essenburg Galleries. Panart’s paintings have already been shown in Cuba and Argentina. Prisma is a group that takes pride in its multi-ethnic membership.

Although I am recognized as an abstract artist, I enjoy teaching a wide variety of subject matter, and landscapes is one of them. The artworks available to order are mostly inspired by our Canadian environments, with the addition of abstracted settings reflecting my personal feelings and response to nature.
